I was greeted in a friendly and timely manner. The sales associate listened to what I desired to purchase and why. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of the rings he showed me. He went above and beyond service and cleaned the items I purchased. He was the picture of patience and kindness.

I’ve been a customer for about 10 years. I’ve always had a good shopping experience in store or online. Based on jewelry that I already have the staff is able to help me put pieces together or make suggestions.

The associates were welcoming and happy to answer my questions and assist me with my merchandise selection. When I didn't see anything I wanted in the display, the associates allowed me to look through the store inventory book, which is how I noticed a charm that was perfect for me. After taking my payment, one of the associates was kind enough to put the charm I'd purchased on my necklace so I could wear it out of the store. I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience at Pandora on 10/28/22!
