My stones fell out of my ring after a year which tells me the quality is not good.

When I arrived there were four associates hoping four different customers. I waited for about 5 minutes and when one of the customers finished and the associate was free I went to that area. The associate never greeted me, nor did any other one, and proceeded to go into the back room put her coat on and left. After another approximately 8 minutes another associate became free. I have for years, while the program was available, always gone in on Black Friday to get them limited edition charm. Sine that program was eliminated, I did not go in on Black Friday and waited until now to get the new Christmas edition charms. This associate had no idea what I was talking about. Directly in the case there was a picture of the three new charms for Christmas and still she knew nothing. She went from case to case, drawer to drawer, and finally ended up asking what I perceived was the manager or supervisor about the program. I selected the charms I wanted and completed my purchase. In the meantime several more customers came in, none were greeted, and they formed a waiting line. When the next associate became available, she did not ask who was next and someone skipped the waiting line

After purchasing this item two days prior and having to return was the first issue. The second issue was the sales associate thought I wanted to keep a defective item and proceeded to tell me about a 1 year warranty. When people spend their hard earn money and have a representative tell them to keep it, that should be a coachable or a moment of retraining.

Leslie didn't seem like she wanted to help. She seemed rushed and not will to show us more My sister and I were helped more with the lady with the beautiful tattoos than her. Hopefully next time she is willing to help more. We would have bought more things if Leslie was a better sales associate.

Was never notified of the sale beginning the next day when I called was told sale was only for card holders incorrect club members also

The sales associate that assisted us in our exchange was not knowledgeable at all. We were there to exchange a size of a ring that was purchased the day before (which was a pleasent experience). This rep was asked about half sizes in rings and never told us that the sizes of the rings didn't start in half sizes until size 7. My wife then asked her about availability of earring backings because she had lost one and the rep told us they come in pairs and when we said we'd like to purchase it, she stated they don't sell them??? My wife also asked about jewelry cleaner which was located behind where I was standing, so I grabbed one thinking no issues because it wasn't locked up and accessible to customers, she then freaked out on me taking death breaths as if I had opened the cash register to take money. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with that stony point location and that particular rep and will likely not ever return.

Cierra the person we were assigned to was rude and acted like she did not want to help us. I was returning a Christmas gift that I did not like . I probably would have bought more charms however she was horrible and when I return I will not have a shopping experience with her . In addition the guy I think his name is Stephon was so helpful on our way out. He was wearing a necklace like the one that I did keep and he explained how we can add charms. My husband said wow the sales lady did not explain that to me when I bought the necklace. That sales person on the receipt is Esperanza. I would like neither of them at my next visit.

I love Pandora charms and bracelets! The store I used to purchase them no longer sells them. Therefore, I was looking forward to having to explain what I wanted. The lead salesperson was very interested in my request, very knowledgeable, and friendly! I loved my experience!

Had a problem went to car to get another card to pay for order but when came back acted as if I didn't exist and made me wait when all I had to do was swipe card... also customer that was there was taking a long time deciding cashier seemed like because I was in sweats and other lady had nails done like I didn't exist, she just threw my charms in bag was highly dissatisfied. I spent 224. And other customer who was window shopping maybe spent 45.00 plus I am a repeat customer. I just feel like I was judged for my clothing....
