I needed my bracelet cleaned. The saleswoman said I had to leave it. It was around 5:45p on yesterday. I went through the drop off process. I returned today to pick it up. (No one called me) the salesman said it was cleaned but then said the machine was broken. Then tried to sell me a cleaning cloth. He then tried to polish it in my face. From the looks of my bracelet it was never cleaned. So I would like to be comped a cleaning cloth for the inconveniences and lies that we’re told. I did make a purchase on yesterday as well. If they would have said the machine was broken or that they were crowded with cleaning I would’ve understood. I don’t live close to this location and went out of my way to patronize your store.

I love pandora and have a pretty big collection of the items, the sales associate kept pressuring me to purchase items I already own after expressing I already own them. I understand wanting to push for a sale, but most collectors know what their after.

During my visit on 11/28 I was highly dissatisfied with the lack of safety at the Stony Point Pandora store. There were no safety parameters put in place to control the amount of customers. The store is incredibly small and at one point there around 20 people inside at one time. I asked our associate what was the limit of customers, she said 16. I then asked who was the manager so I could speak to them, but the manager remained busy with a customer. I also took it upon myself to open the door because ventilation helps and it was a beautiful day outside. I understand sales associates don't want to turn away customers because they run the risk of losing a sale, but I think safety should be priority no matter what. Another factor is there were 5 staff members working at one time. That's too many for the store's size. I didn't feel comfortable staying any longer than my transaction, and opted to leave this review instead. After leaving we stopped next door at Tiffanys where we were met by a velvet rope and asked to wait until others left. The level of precaution was night & day between the two stores. The main reason I was not satisfied with my experience at Pandora was due to the attitude of the sales clerk that we dealt with. She was an older lady and very unfriendly. My boyfriend & I were super excited to go in and look for a ring due to a special occasion and the clerk was not very helpful and had a very rude attitude. Once we finally decided on what to purchase, she kept asking questions in a monotonous way and asked us 5x (we counted, because it was ridiculous) if we were gonna purchase anything else. I understand that they have to sale things, but the amount of times WITH the amount of attitude she would give us every time we said no ruined an amazing experience for my boyfriend & I. I am satisfied with the product, but the experience was just horrible. Top things off, once we paid for the ring, she didn't put it in a bag or anything. Just handed it to me and said "the recipe will be in your email" and walked away. It felt like a joyous experience my boyfriend & I should have shared was robbed from us.

This was my second visit to Pandora, first time at this location. At first the associate was friendly, but was a little annoyed with my questions and desire to see more options. She showed me a charm I loved and the plastic price on the display said $55. When we got to the 3rd register that finally worked she had to look up the item number online and the price came up $85 dollars. She said that was correct. We walked back to the display case and she showed me the same charm displayed at $55. She did nothing to fix the mistake and charged me the $85. At this point in the process I was just trying to leave the store and I bought the charm along with another charm & a bracelet. I am so upset. She made me feel so uncomfortable and unable to speak up that I couldn’t afford the charm.

When I walked in the door 1 young lady was sitting down she looked at me and looked back down, never greeted me or asked did I need help. While I was looking around the other young lady who finally helped me came from the back again never greeted me nor asked did I I need help. I walked around the full store looking for a turtle for my mom for her birthday who loves turtles. As I was about to walk out because I did see any, the young lady finally asked did I need help or was I looking for something particular. I told her something with turtles and if not then do you have the Leo zodiac sign which they also didn't have out. So she pull out 2 turtle and 1 zodiac that she had.
