The girl that usually waits on me was not there. She always shows me everything new. I didn't have a book and really didn't know about new bracelets, a friend called to tell me about promotion. I normally get a phone call but this time we didn't. A card in the mail would have been nice.

It had a lot of customers in the store at the time, so it was a little bit nose for me. Most customers were a round the same count at the same time.

Well I wasn’t told that the advertising bangle was out, so therefore wasn’t given the options to accept or deny the bangle that was given. Also wasn’t given a bag nor box and they assumed I wanted to wear the bangle out!!

I am a black customer and I felt like I was treated like I didn’t have money or my money wasn’t good. There where others browsing as well and when they moved to somewhere I was I was pushed out the way, like I wasn’t looking at the merchandise. I had already knew what I wanted but it took a little while for someone to help me, was very close to just walking out and going the extra miles to go to the other Pandora or just ordering it online!

The associate customer service was just Mediocre. She definitely didn’t go above and beyond to extend the sale of my purchase or anything. She just did the bare minimum.

Salesperson wasn’t friendly and she was training a young lady, not cool… usually when I visit this store I feel like the salesperson is very happy to help.

Karissa did not show me any variation charms……the glass counter was broken three weeks ago when I was in the store and it was still broken yesterday…..Karissa acted as if she wanted me to buy what she liked and not what I wanted to purchase…..too over zealous!
