The store didn’t have as many charms as I would like. I saw specific things online and wanted to see them in person in the store but they where not available.

There was an issue with payment that has resulted in me having to pay TWICE & “wait for a pending charge to fall off.” This was not the fault of the associate at all, however I have no idea how long my money will be held & that is disappointing. Darren at the Stony Point location is amazing & so very friendly.

I was very satisfied with my experience. I am unlikely to return to that store due to the distance it is from my house. I was in that area and if I were in that area again I am likely to visit again.

I received a rose gold bangle bracelet for my birthday. I went in to exchange the bangle for a smaller size. The associate was very friendly and willing to help in the beginning but seemed less than interested in the providing the same customer service when I declined purchasing additional items that she offered.

Assistant Manager Phyllicia had no personality, as she never acknowledged or opened her pretty mouth to speak. The other associate, black lady, never opened her mouth or acknowledge that we were even in the store. When I walk into your business establishment to spend my money, you should have the decency to say hello. After all my money is helping to pay your salary. Darren M was the only associate who acknowledged and spoke. Apparently, The other two need more TRAINING!!!

I was able to get quick assistance.. My items where available except one but the sales rep place the order in stores to be delivered. My purchases where handled quick and easy

I was very satisfied with my experience but one of the girls ask to clean me and my sis bracelet and came back and it wasn’t clean. She stated it was a quick clean and she will fully clean it again and never did. We never went to a store and got a 1/2 way cleaning. Besides that the other sales rep helped me find some beautiful pieces

Highly satisfied means there is no room for improvements. There is always room for improvement. While all of my visit to the Stony Point location have been pleasant, I have nothing negative to say about the store or the sale associates ( always pleasant, helpful and take time with you no matter how many people are in the store).
