I ordered online. The prices were great however, delivery presentation sucked! I had to then drive to a store to have the online order packaged properly as gifts. While there one of the items were for the wrong bracelet so I had to return and purchase a new charm which was way more pricey than online and no discount was offered. Had I known that online orders would not come with bags, boxes, tissue, ribbon, etc. I could have ordered fake charms. You order from Pandora for presentation!!!!!!!!!!

The reason that I was not highly satisfied is that there are not many charms to select from for the reflection collection.

The associate Keisha took her time to answer and explain all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable and honest about the merchandise and extremely professional and pleasant to work with.

My experience was ok, there was only one sales person, we had to wait awhile for help. maybe other sales person was at lunch or something.

The employee assisting me did not have a good deal of knowledge on charms available. Most of the charms I was purchasing were not available and I had to drive to another location.

Average service for a purchase of a charm. Nothing special or outstanding. Happy with my selection and knowledge of retail sales person for Pandora.

kesha was rude and because I was lower class and other customers had nails done she went to them first made me wait longer eventhough I spent more money than they did
