It was great

Nothing to do with the store & staff, had all to do with being day before national holiday and the demand. This was my 1st visit to a Pandora store & had to wait in line outside 40-50 minutes. That’s not the store’s fault that you are a popular gift choice for Mother’s Day

I was getting confused about certain selections, i felt rushed a bit. The price I was not happy

Only two associates were working and I waited over 40 minutes for help . Then finally another associate came from the back to help.

Service was fast. Representatives were very friendly.

Need more selections and Better sales

One of my bracelets would not close and since I have had it over a year Pandora has no options for me. It’s like being punished for being a return customer.

I'm not really sure why i felt an unusual uneasiness in the environment during this visit.

I understand that it’s no fault of the sales associates, but I had to drive two hours in one direction jus to get the closest store near me.

I was highly satisfied
