The Sales Associate that worked with me was very Bubbly & well knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was a pleasure to work with and I definitely would wait for her help again. Great Job Michelle!!!!

The store is really small and the sales associate wasn’t that friendly. I feel that she could have been more helpful since it was my first time shopping in a Pandora store.

Nothing against the store but I think Pandora needs longer warranty on products other than 1 year. Reeds Jewelers charge for 3 years or lifetime warranty’s.

The service was excellent and although there was no pressure to bye. I wasn't pleased with the constant up-selling. I knew what I wanted and my budget no need to get me too try and go above it especially during these times when your merchandise is 3x higher and ppl are doing the best they can to get by.

I was disappointed with cleaning service. Other stores I've been too had something to put the jewelry inside of and it took about 20 to 30 minutes. This store the associate had cleaned the items and it took maybe 5 minutes. I wanted a thorough cleaning of my pandora jewelry and did not get that. I could have done what the associate did myself. Not happy with that at all.
