I found that the service was prompt and quick. I already knew one of the charms that I wanted so I didn’t require a great deal of assistance while in the store. The team member who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I asked the associate for suggestions on cleaning some older bracelets and charms that I have. I brought the items with me and showed them to her and she sold me some cleaner but never offered a free cleaning on any of my items.

I'm highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because I didn't feel ignored, I was not rushed and I was able to interact with the staff in manner that was welcoming and friendly. Any questions I had, they were more than willing to answer.

I love the Stony Point location, the staff there are absolutely wonderful and friendly. However, their selection of product is very bare and empty. Their location is very convenient for me to shop at, but it's hard to shop there when there's little to no product there. I know it is out of the staff's control. Please send more product over to their location! I'd like to keep shopping with my usual sales associates.

There was a promotion with a free bracelet with your purchase. I purchased over $500 worth of merchandise and was not offered a bracelet. When I inquired about the promotion the associate said I had to ask for the bracelet.

The reason for my visit was to return a bracelet that I had purchased a week ago. The bracelet has fallen off my arm twice in a week. I exchanged it for a different style bracelet. The sales associate was a little annoying trying to sell me more merchandise which I had already stated I wasn’t interested in getting anything else
