The store was out of stock of the particular item I was looking for and she took my information to call me when they can Inn she also offered me other item that we’re in the same genre that I was shopping for and I ended up buying some pieces I wasn’t planning on purchasing.

Your selection of charms was limited. I was looking for a grandmother- granddaughter charms y’all didn’t have it. Also, I was looking for a brother-sister charm and y’all didn’t have that either.

The sales associate were not that friendly. I’m a frequent customer of this location (Stony Point) and I’m usually greeted by friendly sales associates.
