I ordered online and when I tried the bracelet on it was smaller than I expected. The sales associate suggested a larger size and helped me get a bracelet that would be better for collecting charms. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

The reason I felt highly satisfied with the Associate was that she was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a lot of people in the store and she was working hard to get people in-and-out but with care not rushing people. Even though this is my 2nd time in the store Burt we're going to a Pandora let's say that she was very patient with me. When I say patient I mean really politician could you help me out a lot and help me to understand how to buy Jewelry from there. I will be going back there again and definitely look for her.

My sales associate Esperanza was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, you need more like her. I appreciated the store selection and product availability. I really liked that the sales associate, Esperanza, also remembered me from a past shopping experience and could suggest products she knew I would love.

They were out of stock of merchandise I wanted. Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me.

It was great all around, very nice customer service and nice building everything was so clean and spotless. There was a wait but it wasn’t to bad I also like that they take names so you don’t lose your spot
