Impressed with how friendly the salesperson and the store manager was. They both were patient and knowledgeable. Salesperson gave great advice. I enjoyed my visit and returned the next day with my sister and daughter who both made purchases.

I had the absolute best experience last night. I went in to buy a new bangle and ask about repairs. Since Pandora doesn't repair, the manager exchanged my broken charm as it was a known issue. No hassle at all. I ended up buying the bangle and a safety chain, too. The employees went above and beyond. Wonderful customer service.
