I was immediately greeted when I walked in the store. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for but Courtney was very patient with me. The manager offered me water as I was having a coughing attack. And the whole team helped me decide on the charm since I was indecisive. Overall it was a great shopping experience with a patient and qualified staff. It makes shopping easy when you have questions and the staff has answers.

The knowledge of both sell Associates that helped me during my purchase. The friendliness of them the cleanest of the store.

manager offered to clean my bracelets right away and associate located the earrings i asked about from my description quickly. they seemed very efficient and helpful. I was the only customer at the time

I did not plan to buy when I walked into store...just thinking about a charm for a friend. Associate was so helpful and I love what she picked out. I also took note of a breacelet that she showed me that I may have my son get me for my upcoming Birthday.

This was actually my first experience and I loved it. I actually want a bracelet now (lol!). I do wish there were things for babies. The customer service was exceptional !

You could from the beginning Phyllicia is a true salesman at heart. Once she figured out my taste she would say I think you will like this and she pulled out several pieces even looked up a few pieces in the book. She is very patient and personable. She is truly a knowledgeable of the inventory and a great asset to your brand. Phenomenal customer service.

As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted and immediately helped. I was able to find everything I liked. Also, I got my bracelets cleaned and there came out better than before!

The employees took their time to show and model the charms on my bracelets and organized them for me. They also cleaned all of my Pandora jewelry that i was wearing at the time.
