Alisha and the other ladies made sure I got what I wanted and suggested other merchandise. They cleaned my bracelets told me how I should get spacers and clips.

The two ladies who assisted me worked well together and they were patient. They asked me questions to get a feel of what I wanted. Most importantly I didn’t feel rushed as I was indecisive. Awesome job Monique and Phyllicia.

The store manager was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable as was the sales associate. He offered to clean our bracelets while we waited. My very first charm loving mother was broken and in the past damaged charms were replaced by the store so I was very disappointed that that did not happen. I learned my charm was retired, but he offered other options such as repair. I may go this route as the charm has sentimental value as the charm was given to me when my mother passed. I do believe that the repair should be done by Pandora as it is the company's product so that was a bummer. Nonetheless, the folks in the Stony Point store were very helpful and professional much different that my negative experience at Short Pump, VA so I will definitely return to Stony Point to to their high level of customer service.

I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance, to which I replied yes and the sales assistant couldn’t of been more helpful and knowledgeable

When I walked in both associates were welcoming and very helpful with helping me find something for my mother 60th birthday gift. they shared stories on their pandora bracelet and made me feel a little better about someone stealing my first pandora bracelet. It was just a pleasure from begging to end.

Customer service was excellent and my daughter enjoyed wearing pandora charm and Disney charms aswell thank you pandora

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is clear they know the products line. They are also creative and enjoy their work.
