I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. Also I was informed about the sales that was occurring. Lastly I loved how shiny my bracelets were once they were cleaned.

My salesperson, Niya T. was extremely helpful and professional. She apologized for the extended wait time on the day before and did her best to make today's visit as productive and expedient as possible. Niya was able to locate a Christmas charm for me that was sold out on line and other salesmen believed the store did not have. Suffice it to say that I was more than thrilled with the extra effort she put in to make that happen. That is what superlative customer service is all about!

I came in to do an exchange and it was super easy. I’m actually glad I came in because I was able to add a new charm at a lower price because of the black Friday sale. Darren was super nice and super knowledgeable.

Very clean store. Associates are knowledgeable and humble. Innovation never stops at Pandora.

The sales reps were inviting and very helpful with picking out a gift. Their reccomendations made it easy to grab what I needed in a hurry.

Customer service

I was kindly greeted by the sales associate through the store windows as my husband and we passed by. We turned around and were again warmly greeted by the same kind smiley face, to whom we discovered was in fact the manager! The experience inside the store was highly satisfying as we were all greeted (my husband, myself and our 6 month old son), questions we had were answered (regarding possible Wonder Woman Pandora charms), the environment was magical! Were shown various charms from the last chance selection to the new Disney collection charms. We were shown a last minute gift idea we had for our sister in law (an Auntie charm as our son is the only nephew she has, this is the first year she became an Auntie, and she inspired me just a few years ago to ask Santa for a Pandora bracelet). At the end of our sale we were offered an add on cleaning product which I hadn’t thought to ask about from Pandora but needed and was delighted to find the cost was under $12! We got a charm for our sister n law, my husband mentioned returning for a purchase when I was not present, and a cleaning kit for my personal bracelet. We love the atmosphere outside the store as well - great location.
