I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. I was helped quickly and politely as soon as I first walked in the door. The speed, politeness, and positivity made me feel welcomed. I was helped and able to find and get everything I needed and more.

Salesladies were very friendly and knowledgeable and they were very informative about the merchandise.

Upon entering the store I was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding what I was looking for. She also suggested other options in addition to the item I purchased to give me different ideas for present and future purchases. I am a huge Disney fan and I was gifted a bracelet for Christmas. I am starting to collect all Disney charms and today yesterday was the day. I spend too much money but it was all worth it! Also, I am pleased to say they have beautiful rings that go up to size 12 and I also purchased one of those. I was pleasantly surprised when the worker told me that they have all sizes! I am in love with everything I purchased.

One of the items I wanted had to be ordered from another store.The salesperson made sure that I was contacted as soon as the item came in.I was very impressed with the teamwork in the store.My salesperson was not in and I was still able to get my merchandise with no problem....
