the sasles associate was very helpful in helping me pick out the right piece of jewelry.

The sales associate was knowledgeable with charms when I asked her questions. She was friendly and gave me a catalog to look at. She let me try the charms on so I could see what it looked like on my bangle.

Pandora is mostly for women yet the colors are not catering to femininity. I’m always looking for purple, pink, yellow and etc. it is very limited especially purple that’s the hardest color to get and it’s frustrating.

Sales persons greeted all customers as each entered with "Hello" followed by "How can I help you?", completed with a friendly smile. I found what I needed at a good price and was done within 15 minutes.

My experience in Pandora was excellent. Phyllica and Darren were a very great with understanding my needs as well as my daughter's needs. The price is worth it because of the quality and timeless pieces you receive. Thank you again to Phyllica and Darren for taking their time with us and making our customer experience great.
