Darren was very courteous and friendly. He made my experience a quick and efficient one. I was able to get everything I went in for.

Darren was very helpful. He was knowledgeable concerning the merchandise. Darren also did an excellent job up selling me an preparing me for future charm collection.

After entering the store, I noticed that all associates were tending to customers. Being that this was an annual sale, it could have had another worker. I was given the chance to work with the sales associate that has helped me in the past. I watched them work with the patrons and all seemed to be friendly, sanitized areas in between customers and was very patient and courteous. Phillicia, my sales associate, was also very, well dressed (groomed), knowledgeable and patient with MY choices. She asked and answered questions (she had to know why I was there and what was I looking for, specifically) and I trusted her recommendations. Overall, I was very satisfied with Phillicia, Darren and Kiesha (I think that's her name). I was the last to leave, but in the end their team work was impressive. I had bought items for myself and my sister and they pulled together to help Phillicia finish up with me. After which, I noticed the extensive clean-up while walking out the door and looked back. MY VISIT THIS TIME WAS BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!! Continue with the awesome job you do for us fanatics! Thank you much. Smootches
