Bianca was super helpful and personable. I had no idea what type of charm I wanted prior to coming in, and she helped me find the perfect charm by asking questions and making recommendations. Through small talk while looking at options, I even found out that her sister and I share a birthday. Overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience.

Salesperson Kesha was excellent! She explained the process, provided recommendations and was professional. The store was a bit conjested but that's probably due to the last chance sales. This was my first time in the store and I'm definitely going to shop there again.
