The associates smile could be felt though the mask covered it. Her desire to assist my 12 and 8 year old daughter's with making a purchase was obvious as she dedicated her full attention to them until they made their selections. The associate made sure to sanitize all counter tops and merchandise in line with the CDC regulations.

The store associate went through the process of asking me what I like and went into detail to ensure my bracelet really reflected me. The store associate was able to locate and show me varieties of options, and made the process easy. I learned how to protect my bracelet and not lose my pieces.

This was my first time at a Pandora location. I was impressed by the associate who answered my questions and gave me hints and showed me the difference between clips and spacers for my bracelet. Her name is Rebecca (if I remember correctly)

The service was great. Associates in the store were remarkable. It was easy to just go in and get what I needed.

The staff were friendly and happy to help. They helped me make an order for a product that was not available with free shipping to my house! They also showed me merchandise I hadn’t seen in other Pandora’s.

The young lady that helped was not only knowledgeable and very engaging, but she was honest, too. In my rush, I had given her an extra $20 and she returned it to me. I was so grateful to her. Excellent service and integrity are rare these days.
