The associate that helped me was so kind. I was getting a bracelet started in memory of my mom she was sensitive to my feelings and knew that the process was hard for me she was patient and understanding and showed me charms that reminded me of her. She even took time to ask me what my mom liked. It was a difficult day and being able to talk about my mom helped so much.
