I had issue the first time I came into the store but they very good about taking care of the issue for me and all in all I was very satisfied with everything.

I did experience a problem with my purchase but when I return they solved the problem and they were very good about it.

The associate whom I spoke to on Saturday was there on Sunday to help me. She offered plenty of advice and told me she'd be willing to rearrange my bracelets the next time I come on the store. Great customer service. 👌

The manager that worked with me of the store Clayton was absolutely fabulous. He was able to suggest the perfect gift!

Great selection of charms for my bracelet and helped me with the weight of it. Suggested the stoppers to keep the charms in place. And she cleaned it very well

Pandora birthday charms were very appropriate. I chose the birthday cake. Bianca was very friendly and informative.
