Pandora Jewelry

This was my first time ever going into a Pandora store. I was confused about what I wanted. I expressed my concerns to Clayton and he saved the day. I spent so much time trying to figure what I wanted he was able to satisfy me within minutes. I am so thankful he was there. He was wonderful. I ended buying more than what I came in for. It was fine with me because the service was excellent.

The manager was great and very knowledgeable of the products as well as giving you other pieces to look at and or buy

My experience at Stony Point Pandora was awesome and outstanding. I recently went to the Short Pump location and had a little problem there. Brooke, however helped me the problem at her store that I had at Short Pump. She took the time to explain, was patient, very thorough, nice, positive etc. She made me feel way better about my purchase and my bracelet! Brooke, Assistant Manager at Stony Point!

Although I had to wait a while before being able to enter the store due to a wait, the staff was friendly and I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for within 5 minutes. The store was clean and I appreciate you all following COVID precautions.
