My salesperson Michelle was awesome...I didn’t have a clue on what to get but she wears a Pandora and that helped a lot.. I feel like I owe her dinner

The Pandora salesperson Michelle was very kind and helpful. I had an easy service in regards to replacing a damaged bracelet. I am thankful that she took her time while also making it easy to purchase additional merchandise in addition to my exchange.

This was my first visit to this Pandora as I was on a road trip (I still am on the road trip at the time of this review) and the sales rep was awesome and attentive. I actually purchased my first Pandora items during this visit (6 items plus the cleaning kit). I was pleased with the sales rep's help with building the collection that I wanted.

The workers were very helpful, showed us willingness to help. Showed a variety of options as well, great sales work!

The customer service is always superb. Also the quality of their items are fantastic along with the fact they have great inventory.
