I worked with Michelle who was very patient and helpful in my search for a new charm. She gave multiple suggestions on how to rearrange/organize my old charms. She even let me know she would be available to personally help with the arrangements. I actually purchased two new charms and will be returning for her assistance.

I am very satisfied with how the service at Stony Point was presented! However, am disappointed that they are not getting as much inventory as they should be. They preform wonderfully and everyone working there should get a raise of some form! Lovely team they have.

The sales associate was accommodating when we had to leave to get our Pandora Card from home to activate it and come back to make the purchase. She put our selection aside and had it ready for us to purchase once we returned.
