I was very impressed with the service that was provided during my visit I was in a lot of leg pain the associate offered a chair she helped me to select the items that was very satisfying I left out of there very happy and I was glad that she was available because at that time that’s what I needed someone who would be considerate of what I was feeling

My necklace that my daughters gave me was broken and I went In to see if I could get it fixed, They were so polite and gave me a new chain. I was blown away. I love pandora

I had to replace a bracelet that was broken by a student of mine.She offered to put all my charms onto my new bracelet.

A month ago Tatiana Graf was very helpful and patient to help me find a new purse and wallet for my picky friend. Today I returned for a jewelry repair had come in and purchased charms for my grandchildren’s bracelet that contains all 8 of their birthstones with number 9 on the way. Love my Brighton experience!
