I was greeted promptly. I came into the store to replace a damaged charm. It was out of stock, as it was a clearance item. I was informed it was within my warranty window so a replacement item was suggested, and customer service info was provided it I want the same charm. During this conversation they offered to clean my bracelet.

The employees were eager to help and extremely helpful in my selection.

It was a fast and easy experience and they had everything i needed a d gave the perfect advice to help me make the perfect choice and my girl loved it so im very happy and will be back

This staff member took her time to make sure what i wanted was correct and in addition offered to clean out my Pandora bracelet. They were knowledgeable about upcoming sales and events, as well as new charm debuts. Their energy was so electric they made you want to view and purchase everything. I was able to leave feeling confident in my purchase, a bracelet and charm as a gift and a charm for myself.
