To be honest I was very impress with the manager that was in duty .One safety piece broke I was told my the sale person that they could fix nor exchange. Manger step in and acknowledge me because I have been in store many time and fix my problem.

I lost my Pandora bracelet, and Tiffaney helped me rebuild it. She recommended a safety chain so my bracelet won’t fall off again as well as clips and new charms. She was amazing and I haven’t received good customer service like that in a while! 10/10 for her.

The salesperson who assisted me Jo-Ann was very knowledgeable about the ring I wished to purchase. She was super helpful when finding my ring size. In addition, Jo-Ann was extremely friendly to me as well.
