For one the store is so small and it’s very uncomfortable to move around. Second the person assisting made it seem as if we were an inconvenience for her searching for the charms. Unfortunately several of the ones we wanted was sold out so we had to think of other options. Her exact comment was “This is what happens when you wait until Christmas”. She could have saved her comment. My husband and I always spend a good amount when we come to the store. There was a charm we wanted and the inventory stated one was left but in my personal opinion she was too lazy to find it. We purchased 4 charms I believe but it was 3 more we wanted. We cut the sale short.

Not much selection in inventory,pandora sales guy is not enthusiastic in working at that location.no smile,no friendly face,no interaction,a newby in the sales department,he just want the sale and go,not even a thank you or say come visit us again,when we purchase the item his off to his own little world,its like he doesnt know what to do.

I visited the store located at MacArthur Center Mall after I had looked at online inventory. I had made a "wish" list from my online search but prefer to shop at a physical store. The sales reps greeted me upon arrival. Showed me items from my wish lists; offered suggestions; designed the charms as to how they best fit on a bracelet and also showed me items based on my interests. Very helpful. I was pleased with my experience.

Salesperson was not very friendly. Also I tried to create my full account on line and she told me that wasn't necessary that it did make an account but when I got home and went online to look around and tried to sign in I had no account found and I spent almost $500. I ended up ordering more things that had the associate been more helpful I could of saved the time. I also have to go back today to exchange my son's bracelet. Again had she taken more time she would have sold us one that worked better for him

I purchases a ring on 4/22/2022 and returned it today on 4/25/2022. I noticed on my receipt I was not refunded the tax amount I originally paid for. I had previously made returns and have gotten my tax back, so noticing this, I called back the store. The person who helped me was Nia, who also claimed to be the store manager. She told me she was not knowledgeable on why I did not receive tax back. She then directed me to call the online number, who also could not help me because it was an "In store purchase" I then called the customer service number who then also directed me to call back the store. No one has been able to tell me why I haven't received my tax back and I am highly dissatisfied. No one in the store is able to help me and conveniently no one is answering the store phone now. I will not be a returning customer.

Well, I’m in Florida and never been in your store. How did I get a receipt emailed to me in my name for a purchase I never made? Is this fraud? You need to confirm your customers before sending a receipt.

Shauna G. my associate today was very rude! I made purchased here 23 days ago and wondering if i could get a price adjustment there. she told me they dpnt do that, i understand if its the pandora policy. so i try to make purchase with the exact same items i got here before, so i could get the 35% off due to holiday sale. she told me she has to call support if im allowed to make purchase there today. after i paid for the items, i tried to return them with my older receipt, Shauna told me that i cant do that. no return on same day purchase which i found out it was a lie! no one greets us, i said thank you at the end, and no one says anything back. why?because im asian or what? i dpnt deserve an attitude and treatments like that! after i got home i realize Shauna didnt give me my whole order, i had to rush back and get them before its too late. told them what the support told me, still wont process my return. they closing the store 10 mins before 7, while i was there trying to get help from the support again. Shauna gave me fake district manager number, and told me again no same day return because her store and her policy! will never go there again as long as shes there!

RUDE RUDE RUDE customer service representatives. Went to exchange ring that was “3 months” old, with the box & receipt. It was missing a stone & was tarnished. The cashier all but called me a liar when I told her I didn’t swim with it! HORRIFIC way to treat a customer! Will never return.
