The online process and pick was fine. The service was acceptable for the holiday rush. However, I had to exchange an item and wanted to purchase a new item. The salesperson did not appear to be knowledgeable about the product which led to a lengthy transaction. Twice I told her to just forget that piece I don’t want it if you can’t figure out how to add it to my bracelet. Finally, she listened, but she had already ran the transaction (which I was overcharged based on the amount on the cushion and the amount she rang up). I chose a different product which meant I had to return the unwanted item. The clerk did not know that she didn’t have access to complete that transaction which resulted in another wait. Finally, the return was processed and $21.20 should have been returned to my credit card. However, my account reflects one transaction from Pandora for the original amount of $74.20.

Upon entering the store the two associates that were speaking with another customer did not acknowledge my presence or that another associate would be with us. Also, the associate that did help us was doing way too much and not giving us time to look at the merchandise. I felt extremely rushed. She wasn't giving us time to look at the different charms due to her trying to show us 3-5 at the same time and asking so many questions while trying to look at the ones she was trying to show us. Just throwing questions left and right before we could answer the first one.

I was looking clip stoppers for my bracelet the sales associate that helped found two different from what I explained that I was looking and she failed to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to return them and come to find out they’re not really for my style bracelet…kind of disappointed in the lack of knowledge and communication

The first young lady that helped me was not pleasant at all, I informed her that I had a coupon but she rang my purchase up and I wasn't able to use the coupon. I then told her to cancel the sale she sign my signature on the key pad again I asked her to cancel the sale. She then proceeded to huff and puff and her body language was very unprofessional when working with a customer. I then asked for another associate help which happened to be the lead sales manager. I ended up spending more with her than I did with the first associate whom seemed to try and rush threw the sale she had with me. I wasn't pleased at all with my experience at this location.

My father purchased for my birthday March 2, 2019, items 590741CZT, 797670, 792068CZ and PC002. At the time, I was told there is a one year warranty on the product. The clasp on my bracelet broke the end of March 2020 and my warranty has ended and COVID happened. I didn't where the bracelet every day and I didn't shower with bracelet and it didn't get caught on anything. This is my issue, I asked my children to take to store and get fixed. They were told that Pandora doesn't fix their own product or doesn't know who can fix the product. WOW! No suggestions where given. BUT, My son still wanted me to have and Pandora bracelet and purchased a new bracelet ALONG with a few charms. I have a bracelet barely over a year old from purchase date and I can not wear.....

I was ignored by the only sale associate on the floor. She did not help me, but jumped to help the people that came in after me

I asked for and pointed at a puppy charm that was in the case. The associate grabbed it for me but didn't show it to me before ringing it up. I left the store, looked in the box, and realized she gave me a koala charm instead. I went back in the store and let her know, and she took the koala charm out and gave me the puppy one I asked for. I just realized there was a $5 difference in price, and since she rang me up for the koala, I was overcharged for the puppy. I also realize now that if I need to return it, I won't be able to since she rang me up for a koala, but I now have the puppy charm.

In line early on Black Friday. I was the 5th customer and was informed that my top three selections were sold out. Purchased a Birthday charm I didn’t really care about because I was informed that the happy bday dangle charm was sold out. My best friend entered the same store hours later purchased the charm bday charm, and informed me that the had several charms left. It left me wondering if the sales associate was unfamiliar with the merchandise. I was upset and very disappointed.
