I asked the sales person was the price correct on the bracelet of 99.00 valentines day special and she assured me it was. When I noticed my receipt after giving the gift I was charged 150.00 for the bracelet and I was not given the buy 2 get 1 free special as well.

Associate that helped me kind of gave me rude vibes. She kept talking me into getting something else, or getting the ring on her hand. I wanted to purchase multiple items but then i changed my mind after her attitude. She also told me that I couldn’t return a bracelet because it had been “worn” when i told her i tried it on and it was too big. If i can’t return an item i TRY on, then what’s the purpose of letting people try on jewelry in the store? It’s the same thing because i was NOT With my boyfriend when he purchased the bracelet in which i want to return. Overall. The ring was beautiful, but i will be exchanging it for a bigger size. This pandora does not have to worry about me returning to their store. I’d rather go to lynn haven .

We were looking to purchase for a golden Birthday. Unfortunately we weren’t treated good the sales associate was rude and made us wait about 20 minutes or so she would tend to the cacausian people over us we had to wait on the other women to come off her break and she wasn’t very knowledgeable about anything. I love pandora I own a lot of your merchandise but I will never shop at this store again

When I walked into this location there were three sales associates who are assisting other customers. After 2 of the associates completed there assistance with the other customers they retreated to a back room not even acknowledging my presence. They didn't even take the time to say it will be right with you or someone will be right with you. So I continue to wait for the young lady who eventually assisted me after she finished with her customer. That was not a good experience.

Sales associate was not very friendly or personable at all. Took my daughters to purchase new charms and she was standing there silently the entire time. I had to keep asking her can we see other charms repeatedly. She would pull out only a few. Where as most pandora stores that I frequent will show the case with numerous charms. My daughters were asking about charms they’ve seen online and at other stores and she Kept responding shes not sure if they had them. We did make a purchase but the customer service was not up to the standards I’ve experienced at other locations. She didn’t even give boxes or bags for the charms. She was not rude at all but definitely not helpful.

One of the sales associate left to go in the back while there were two customers waiting for service and the other sales rep was already working with a customer and while waiting two more customers came in the store leaving the one gentleman there by himself to handle all of the customers.

I purchased a pandora bangle from Reeds jewelry store that would not close 7 days prior to going into the store and was told they would not exchange it. I have brought over $2000 in pandora in the last 7 months.

I was a little upset that I left the store amd realized I did not get my free braclet. Glad I was still in the mall. Happy that it was same day and she realized she didnt give to me when I told her.

Charm were not place in the place, the Placer was not put on the end to keep charm from coming off. I will have to go to another Pandora Store to get my charms place right.
