The layout of store causes congestion. Not enough sales associates compared to customers. Sale prices.

Yes the sale person she acknowledge me as I walked in the door she was helping another customer but she let me know she was almost done so she gave me a estimated time which I like , once she assistant me she knew exactly what I wanted and she answered all my questions, Overall great service

The wait time was too long and the availability of the rose gold collection charms was a disappointment. Had to make a second trip to get the charms I was looking for

I had an obviously new Sales Associate. She was not familiar with the selection and didn’t engage me on who I was shopping for. She referred me to the catalog, took forever to locate trays for me to look at and had me search for my choices. She needed assistance and none of her peers offered....and they were not busy. Not my best experience at all and very frustrating.
