Pandora Jewelry

I spent the amount to receive the free bangle, but they were sold out. Salesperson said to call and see if they approved a new free item in its place before closing that night, but one wasnt . I feel there should be something in its place. I spent over the amount, Pandora should do what they said in the advertisement

Friendly staff and great merchadise

The service was ok. Due to COVID and wearing a mask kinda hard to hear sometimes. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

It was only 2 workers but they were fast and friendly after helping other customers i will be going back in a few weeks even order charms on line that was not available in the store

The associates were so attentive and helpful with picking out pieces. However, The selection that I had to choose from was very limited at the time. There was no variety between themes of charms and some trays were only half loaded.

Had to order ring in my size. Said that they only replace their jewelry that was purchased less than 1 year.

Was Aware of thing reading it small print but everyone I talk with help me out but felt like I should got a charm in replace but it was cool I still enjoy mines

Satisfied to highly satisfied

The store was clean, I had a little bit of a wait but everything was nice got what I wanted and left
