Prices and inventory selection are always the problem. Lack of charms and the prices are not high nor reasonable.

Previously when I went to Pandora, a tray of beads were pulled out to make your selection. A book was brought out and the store did not have some of the beads I wanted.

Wait times to shop were extensive in excess of 30 minutes however staff was accommodating & helpful while waiting in line.

They didn't have the charms that I would have liked to have for my mother and myself. I fee like I brought the charm that I did buy just to have something on my bracelet. The charms that were on sale were not cute nor had anything to do with my likes or mother and daughter things. wish they had a better selection of charms online as well.
