I wasn’t highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because what I believe was the store manager on duty took over on helping my friend and I out when we were being helped just fine by the other sales associate on the floor. She continued to try and up sale my party when it wasn’t necessary. She also tried multiple ways to get us to apply for a credit card with y’all after being told No on multiple occasions.

The friendliness of the sales associates was impeccable. This experience was different than my first visit. I appreciate the immediate help and the outstanding customer service. Great improvement!

The initial sales associate may have been new an waiting for assistance from the associate who actually helped me but I felt like I was just standing there and she didn't ask how she could help and when she finally did she wasn't very knowledgeable. The associate who actually processed my order got it all together and was very helpful
