I was visiting out of town

I have been going to the Norfolk, VA Pandora store for over 5 years. I have always received quality customer service and the sales representatives know me by name. I can call over the phone and receive the sale high quality service. Unfortunately, when I visited the Williamsburg, VA store, I did not receive the same level of quality service.

When I walked in I was greeted by almost all the associates even though they were all busy. Maddie the associate that assisted me was very patient and even helped me convince my kids that it was okay they didn’t get something.
