Well I went to see about a missing diamond and because the purchase was made in under 12 months I was able to get a whole new bracelet and I even search for a couple of rings while I was there and the customer service was phenomenal!!!

Our salesperson Nakiyah H. was very impressive with how well she knew the merchandise available in the store. She was also very friendly and attentive to me and my daughter even when other customers came in the store as she was the only one on the floor at the moment.

I was at the Pandora store in MacArthurs Mall in Norfolk va Nakiyah was very helpful and she remembered me from last time and help me get a gift for my wife gave me a recommendation and I think my wife will be happy with what I picked out.
