Sales associate Ivanna was very pleasant and helpful. She took her time and inquired what was looking for. Offered a few trays of charms that might interest me. Added my new charm to my bracelet and even polished up my bracelet and made it nice and shiny!! I also bought a ring for my daughter and myself where again she took her time and showed my daughter different ways to wear her new ring and what would pair up if she later buys another ring. Also told us we can have our ring shined up anytime we stop by Enjoyed our experience.

When I first walked in store I was greeted by your sales person Xianya. She was very personable and knowledgeable of her work. I asked several questions and she was able to answer them. She showed me different charms for bracelet. I left the store but before going home I came back and purchased the item. I came back because the price was in my budget and she was an excellent salesperson. Please let Xianya know how much I appreciated her help and knowledge. I enjoy wearing my braclet.
