Kayla was a great sales associate. She was incredibly knowledgeable & quickly helped me locate the perfect charm for my mother in law's birthday. She helped me check out quickly too.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora. As soon as my sister and I entered the store, we were greeted by the associates. The atmosphere was bright and the store was very clean. Darius, the associate did an awesome job by assisting me as soon as I stepped towards the counter. I was able to get the charm that I needed for my other sister as a birthday gift. My sister and I were also given refreshments by another associate while we were shopping. It was a really good shopping experience!

I received a personal phone call about the Fall open house that MacArthur Mall was having as well as an email. Very nice set up and wonderful open house. Kayla was very helpful and a very sweet salesperson.

Excellent customer service, knowledge of items in the store

Kayla was about to replace the bracelet that was broke. She talked to me about the clips I needed to make sure my bracelet wouldn’t break. I was also able to use my military discount & coupon!!
