The salesperson was very friendly and quite helpful. My daughter bought the wrong size and they were able help me find a new bracelet in the right size with ease. And they cleaned her bracelet so sparkly it was like new.

The sales representative who assisted me was AMAZING. I ordered everything online and wasn’t aware of which pieces go with what. He showed me exactly what I needed and helped me with sizing and packaging. I never felt any pressure to purchase any additional items, just an awesome experience. I appreciate it!

The sales staff were very helpful and friendly. I exchanged a ring for a different size and they made that extremely easy. Kanesha was helpful in showing me some different bracelets that were last chance: something I was unaware of!
