Very friendly and welcoming staff

The sales ladies was nice and they help me look for the bracelet and charm I was looking for. They got the size right for my daughter by looking at my wrist. The prices are also good

The customer service was awesome. The sales associate explained to me what each merchandise was. The sales associate assisted me what I was looking for and what I wanted. I was very satisfied at what the sales associate did to assist me and made me happy.

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile by the young woman ! Her other coworker didn’t say much just starred. She helped me fast and helped me discuss my choice while also helping me save just a LITTLEEE

The associate was very knowledgeable. She was very patient while I made my selection. She also volunteered to clean my older bracelets and rings which is always a plus for me. I encourage a lot of my family and friends to get Pandora’s because they tell a story. I have several. I just introduced them to my 9 and 5 year old and have bought several for loved ones throughout the years. I say this to say that it’s a pleasure to spend your money on something you really like and be treated the proper way. Today the associate told me things that I didn’t know that I appreciated. I will continue to shop with pandora. The employees always make a difference. If I’m met with an unfriendly or unhelpful employee , I discontinue my visits. Today I met a great one. Thank you from myself and my girls who each got two charms today.
