Pandora Jewelry

I went looking for a specific charm for my granddaughters for her birthday. The sales associate, Darius informed me that the charm that i wanted had been retired.However, he called other stores in the area and recommended other jewelers that carried Pandora merchandise before we had to result to a different charm. Darius was VERY patient, polite, and professional.

Person that helped me knew exactly what I was looking for. He was very a knowledgeable. Love my experience there.

The sales associate was friendly. She was knowledgeable about the products. She offered to clean my existing jewelry.

Molly in the MacArthur Center in Norfolk, Virginia was outstanding and a welcome positive experience after dealing with the Pandora in Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach. I walked out of the store and will never go again. Molly can teach the GenZ that laziness isn’t part of any business. Molly was involved with our ideas to add to our bracelets. She offered ideas and options to choose from. She was caring and mindful of my 14 year old daughter’s budget. Molly showed charm options she could afford for her age without being condescending or pompous. Molly spent 30 minutes helping us putting our ideas into creations. We bought 5 charms, 6 spacers and a butterfly ring. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop at the Pandora in Tyson’s Corner or in Lynnhaven Center. They have absolutely no customer service and terrible business skills. I would never hire them to teach my daughter good service. I didn’t complain at the store, I just walked in and walked out.

Darius gave great customer service. He was patient, willing to help, and knowledgeable. He was friendly and he went out of his way to locate the charms I wanted.
