I purchased a Pandora charm about a month or so ago. It broke this morning on my first day of class before I left to go to campus. Luckily, the Pandora store I bought it from was right across the street so I had time to stop in and explain what happened and see if there’s anything that can be done. I love my Pandora jewelry so much! Luckily, Jasmine H and the store manager that day were Splendidly attentive. I went from disheartened at the breakage to elation from the service I received. I will definitely be back to purchase more! As a business owner, I believe in supporting businesses that care about their people and my loyalty as of today has officially been one. I will stay with you guys for a very long time. Thank you!

I’ve shopped pandora in store for several years now and this was by far one of the best experiences. I simply went in store to have my bracelets cleaned and to inquire about replacing one. Nakiyah and Jasmine were eager to help with great attitudes and personality. My intent wasn’t necessarily to purchase a new bracelet that day but with this customer service I knew I had to leave with something. So often we see reviews/comments on what’s wrong or negative but these ladies definitely deserve kudos for their professionalism and customer service.
