I did not have any problem or issues while in the store. The associate was helpful and pleasant.

I went to this Pandora location to simply have my bracelets cleaned. The associate kept my charms in order even though she had to transfer them to another chain due to mine being leather. She also informed my that under my charms my leather bracelet was breaking and helped me purchase a new one so i didn't lose my charms.

The lady I went to In MacArthur mall she was very helpful and she directed me the right way because I was confused of what I wanted to get her
