I felt I was waiting a little bit but for the holidays not bad at all! The lady who assisted us in getting me a bracket was very helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciated her intake and how she explained everything in great detail!

Due to the pandemic, many people were outside the store, waiting to come in. The salesperson directed the customers politely and quickly as to the procedures. She was patient with my exchange and made sure I was happy with it. Thank for having high standards in your salespeople.

The young lady that assisted us was very helpful pleasant friendly and very knowledgeable. She also made some really great suggestions regarding the jewelry that I was interested in. I brought in some of my older bracelets to be cleaned and she cleaned them very quickly and had them looking like new while we were there. I love my new rings and I will cherish them forever.

During the initial purchase the sales associate was kind and helpful. I took the bracelet back to get a larger one. While in line the associate was very helpful and expeditious in making the exchange and taking care of the financial need to the process.

Customer service was on point, the employee she knew what she was selling, The store is in a perfect location easy to find, love going to that store, the best on this area thank you.
