This was my first time in store to make a pandora purchase. Associates made me feel welcomed and they were knowledgeable

Your staff is always so friendly and very helpful. I am able to get my bracelet cleaned while I shop for new charms. They are always able to tell me which charms have been retired and help me find something different.

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and let me pick out what I was very satisfied with. I watched her wait on three customers why I was deciding my purchase very friendly.

The sales associate was very professional & courteous. Answered all my questions and offered recommendations. She was great at helping create my first bracelet.
