I like how the sale person Shamika help me pick out the charms and bracelet because it was my first time buying a pandora bracelet.

Darius was very knowledgeable about products and current items on special for Mother’s Day. He took his time to listen to what I said I needed and offered suggestions that worked! I ended up spending double my budget because he showed me so many nice pieces and I’m in no way upset that that I overspent :).

The customer service was great it was service with a smile she gave me her opinion when I asked and it was just a lovely experience I shall be back soon thank you Pandora

Darius showed excellent customer service and was very friendly - a nice person ! Also he showed he was dealing with Covid protocols for he cleaned the counter before he told me to come in shop.

The team was very friendly and quick on service on everyone that was in the store i loved the way when I or my daughter asked a question they new the answer and explain it
