I was kindly greeted upon entering the store, was offered immediate assistance, Darius and Molly were knowledgeable of products and knew exactly what I was looking for and provided options for my selections. While trying on rings, I was asked to clean my Pandora bracelet while I shopped. Very pleasant shopping experience!

The associate who assisted me from the moment I walked in the store (Shamika) went above and beyond the level of customer service that I have received in the past from other Pandora retailers. Shamika offered to clean the Pandora bracelet I was currently wearing without me having to ask or even make an appointment to have it done. She also should me better options than the ones I felt I would have to settle for. Shamika was very knowledgeable of the products and was also ensuring customers as well as staff were in line with current Covid 19 restrictions. I have not experienced this level of customer service in the Raleigh and Chapel Hill, NC area where I live and wish I could move Shamika if I had the option. Excellent employee, super job.
