The sales person was so sweet! She insured that I got what i was coming for. My issue was the lack of stock in the harry potter collection but that is my own fault for not coming in sooner.

Vikki, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful and friendly.

I do not live very close to this location but was in the area and I met your associate, Vikki. She was so friendly, personable, and helpful. I've been going through a hard time just losing our pregnancy and wanted something to remember baby with. She was caring and made sure to not only give me great attention but she and the other associate were very good at making other clients feel welcome to the store. If I'm in the area again, I will visit. The only thing I wish differently was that Pandora had a chihuahua charm, but that isn't something the store or Vikki can control! LOL I almost never do surveys but Vikki absolutely made an impression during a difficult season for me. I'm thankful to spend a bit of time there with her.

I always receive excellent service at this store. The staff is so warm and welcoming and outside of the outlet in Williamsburg (that I've yet to visit) this store has the biggest selection in my area (so far)

Nice selection of items. Had a lot of help, great customer service. A little pricey but totally worth it because my girlfriend loves it.

I was greeted when I came in the store. The sales person took my jewelry and cleaned it while I shopped. The Asia was very helpful in picking out new pieces.
