Arien at the McArthur Mall location in Norfolk Va. was so friendly and knowledgeable. She had patience and showed me new and exciting pieces.

This location is one favorite, the ladies there are always so pleasant. I went in looking for two specific charms and they were in stock and just what I was looking for. I was even shown other charms to consider as well.
